Small Choices, Collective Impact

Climate change can sometimes feel like a global challenge that is too big for any one person to influence. While governments, businesses, and industries all have an important role to play, our everyday choices also contribute to the emissions that shape our collective future.

From the electricity we use at home to the food we eat, the way we travel, and the flights we take, these activities all have a carbon footprint. CarbonLens turns these activities into simple estimates, insights, recommendations, and scenario planning tools.

Reducing emissions is not about being perfect. Small, realistic changes made consistently over time can contribute to meaningful reductions in your carbon footprint.

About CarbonLens

CarbonLens is a web-based carbon footprint calculator developed as part of our Master's in Sustainability project. It helps users measure emissions from everyday activities, compare their results with the Singapore average (per person), explore recommendations, and evaluate potential emissions reductions through scenario analysis.

Coverage note: CarbonLens estimates emissions from electricity use, food consumption, land travel, and air travel. It does not currently include emissions from online shopping and deliveries, clothing and electronics purchases, household items and appliances, water consumption, healthcare, pets, or other goods and services used in daily life. As a result, the estimate should be viewed as an indication of your carbon footprint rather than a complete assessment.
